Frances & Aiko are known from the Taiwan NEW STAR auditions. They are a Hello! Project unit in Taiwan, officially named Da Xiao Jie (大小姐).

History
The two of them took part in the Taiwan NEW STAR auditions, and made it to the finals, but did not win.
They were too young for Tsunku’s unit and were not in the running to be picked, but Tsunku had plans for both of them.
In January 2009, the pair resurfaced as back up dancers for Kusumi Koharu during the Elder Club Graduation Concert.
On September 8th, 2009 their debut was announced as well as their group name Da Xiao Jie in Taiwan and in Japanese their name is Ojousama,(before that, they were simply known as "Frances & Aiko"). Their first mini-album went on sale on September 15, 2009 in Taiwan.
For now, there is no plan for them to release a Japanese version of their album like Ice CreaMusume.
Group Name
The group's name is officially "Da Xiao Jie" (大小姐).
An article on the Hello! Project website about their debut revealed that the group name in Japanese is "Ojousama" (お嬢さま).
An official poster, and the URL to their group BabyHome, showed their unit name to be written in English as "Big Small Sister".
