History

Kimura Asami joined Country Musume in 2000 and when second leader, Toda Rinne, graduated in 2002 she became the third leader. She was also a member of Hello! Project's futsal team, Gatas Brilhantes H.P.. She graduated in 2007, alongside Saitou Miuna, at the Hello! Project 2007 Winter ~Shuuketsu! 10th Anniversary~ concert. She is currently living in Tokyo, Japan, and according to her graduation speech is interested in a career involving animals.
