Miss Love Tantei (Missラブ探偵) is the 6th single by W. The CD was released on 2005.09.07 and the Single V on 2005.09.14, with Catalog numbers EPCE-5373 (CD), EPBE-5180 (Single V). Price is: ¥1,050 (CD), ¥1,575 (Single V). The first press of the single came with a photo card. The single is W's last single released due to the termination of Kago Ai's contract, it was also their lowest selling single, it sold a total of 18,099 copies. The title track appears on the album Pucchi Best 6 as track #6. Presumably because of the almost year-long hiatus of W caused by Kago Ai's suspension for underage smoking, "Miss Love Tantei" has not been included on any album, although some speculated it would have been part of their cancelled W3: Faithful album. W faced criticism over the introduction of "Miss Love Tantei" because of the resemblance to t.A.T.u.'s song "Not Gonna Get Us". The music video also faced criticism because of a scene in the video where Tsuji and Kago appeared with tanned skin and white lips, traits of the ganguro look.
