History

Noto Arisa joined Hello! Project as a member of Hello! Pro Egg in June 2004 when she passed the auditions alongside thirty-two other girls. When Hello! Pro Egg was finally formed she became the leader of them because she was the oldest.

On 2007 she joined Ongaku Gatas and became part of the elder club in concerts. However, after the massive graduation of March 31, the future of the group was uncertain because the activity of the group gradually decreased.

Noto then continued working as the leader of Hello! Pro Egg until September 2009, when she graduated from Hello! Project to join Up Front Eggs.
